Returns and Exchanges
All RÊVER pieces are handcrafted specially for you under request. We hope you order consciously and love all your RÊVER jewelry. But if this is not the case, you can return or exchange the piece within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
If you want to change the size of your ring, we offer a size change service during the 30 days after your purchase.

You must return the products in perfect condition, unused and in their original box. If any returned item is dirty or damaged by the customer, it will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised or made to order pieces.
How to make a return?
- Securely pack your merchandise. You are responsible for properly packaging, labeling and shipping the items.
- Attach our address to your return package.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. RÊVER is not responsible for returns lost in transit, so we recommend including tracking and insurance for your protection.
- As soon as we have received the piece, we will examine it and execute the exchange or the return. You will receive an email confirming this action. In the case of product exhange or ring size change, our Customer Service team will contact you to organize the new shipment.
Please, note that this process may take a few days. As long as the piece is returned in its original condition, we will proceed to refund the total amount minus the shipping cost in both ways.
